I greatly enjoyed the comfortable and attractive hotel.

The breakfast was good with a beautiful view and options like chilaquiles to choose from. I had impeccably clean and airy room to myself with the balcony as well as a hammock.

We liked the stay, my room was clean and elegant with comfortable facilities and great air con, as example. The hotel's location was central, close to everything in town.

I liked my stay at this well-maintained and nicely appointed hotel. Its staff was attentive and brilliantly friendly. The property's location was nice and decent, to bars.

Pretty nice area, great location, right by a good Restaurant called La Playita, the main plaza and the facilities where very well preserved, and the center of Bacalar.

Its location was exceptionally nice and decent, very close to nicest restaurants in town, and in a fairly nice area. The bed was comfortable and all in all the room was a nice size and brand-new. The daily breakfast was very very good with options like chilaquiles and fresh homemade jams, for example.

The staff - some of them were a little noisy.

Magnificent location in Bacalar just off the lake, a good Restaurant, and Mexico. The breakfast was satisfactory and the staff was attentive and best.

our stay at aires was incredible. from the moment we arrived to when we left, everything exceeded our expectations. the staff was warm and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the eco-friendly atmosphere made our visit to bacalar even more enjoyable. highly recommend.

The hotel boasts central location close to the lagoon. And it's nestled in a lovely building just next door to bars as well as lake and restaurants.

It had incredibly nice staff. New-fashioned and huge rooms, the views over the Lake were great. I got satisfactory breakfast, it was included.

Both rooms we booked were impeccably clean with the balcony, delicious breakfast plus comfortable facilities, the stay was really great. The hotel was in a great and beautiful location just next door to the Center of the town and nicest restaurants. Furthermore, next to the main plaza.
